Digitizing is a detailed process of converting a picture into stitch form so an embridery machine can read. Because of this detailed process there is a fee.

I provide picture confirmations from start to finish your order. You must approve/confirm your design once I convert it before we proceed. All sales are custom. Therefore, no refunds will be issued.

Turn around times vary. However, I only keep black and white shirts on hand. Colored shirts will take an additional 3 days for shipping. A standard order up to 5 shirts can be completed in 3 business days. Anything different is case by case. Please reach out prior to ordering if you are unsure on turnaround time.
